Hang Pham-Denton, integration coach
I work privately with entrepreneurs, artists, and business leaders who have built something real in the world and are ready for the heart work, the deeper inner work that comes after success.
This is how I came to this work, and what it is.

WHERE IT BEGAN
I was an elite athlete by nine. Disciplined, focused, undefeated for seven straight years. I learned to shut off my emotions, because that was what it took to win.
A back injury ended that path before I had the language for what I was losing. My dream was the 1996 Olympics. A back injury ended that path before I had the language for what I was losing.
That is when my spiritual quest began. What started as searching for my own answers became a calling I never expected.
EIGHTEEN YEARS
I have been studying what makes a human change ever since. Through coaching, emotional and energetic healing, business, performance, and embodiment. Through my own seasons of building, surrendering, breaking, and beginning again.
Over the past eighteen years, that study has become a body of work. I have worked privately with founders, executives, healers, performers, and creatives across long arcs of their lives. I have sat with people through divorce, bankruptcy, exits, illness, the building of legacies, and the unraveling of identities that no longer fit. I have learned what helps, and what does not.
I do the best I can to practice what I teach. What I do is an extension of who I am.
The form changes depending on what the moment needs. The presence does not.

EIGHTEEN YEARS
My work is called integration because it holds what most others separate. The people I work with come with parts of their lives, their selves, and their work that have been split, prioritized, or exiled. Integration is the return to wholeness. I support them to bring together:
The work is not choosing one side. It is being gracious and resilient through both, so that all of it can live together. Including all parts of yourself. Including all parts of others.
The people I work with do the hard work. They have done it for years. Heart work is what becomes available when they are ready to include themselves in the same care they give everyone else.
Including yourself
You give brilliantly to your work, your family, your vision. Heart work finally brings you into the equation.
Inner truth, outer life
What you know in your body matches what you are building in the world.
From pain to love
The same drive, the same ambition, sourced from love and grace instead of survival or fear.
The long arc
Real change takes time. Not weeks. Years, across seasons, transitions, and becoming.
Hard work is achievement. Heart work is presence. It is the place you come from, not what you produce.
HOW I WORK
The long arc over the quick win
Real change takes time. I play the long game, and I practice patience with it.
By invitation
I bring love to each small moment and let the larger outcomes unfold from there. How the work is done matters as much as what is done.
Renewed each November
That is how I practice. It is what I hope to model for the people I work with.
I will not push you, chase you, or rush you. I do not promise outcomes. The outcome belongs to you and to a force larger than both of us.
I am here to support your change, not to sell it.
You have built something real. You have done the hard work. If something in you is ready to be included now, we begin with a conversation.
A Heart to Heart is a private conversation with me on Zoom, time for both of us to sense whether this work fits this season of your life. If we are meant to work together, you will know. And so will I.
